libva-vdpau-driver - HW video decode support for VDPAU platforms for legacy hardware

VDPAU Backend for Video Acceleration (VA) API for legacy hardware.
This package doesn't work, unless you have a very old Chromium and
NVIDIA driver. However, nvidia-vaapi-driver provides a VA-API
compatibility layer via NVDEC, including Chromium support (with
Chromium >= 129) on both X and Wayland for H264 and VP8/9.
If you haven't done so, please migrate to nvidia-vaapi-driver as soon
as possible. This package will not be maintained as there is no viable
way for support to be continued.
