ldc - LLVM D Compiler

Description:

LDC is a portable compiler for the D programming language with modern
optimization and code generation capabilities.

It uses the official DMD compiler frontend to support the latest
version of D, and relies on the LLVM Core libraries for code
generation.

Packages

- Update to 1.37.0.
- Re-wrote the bootstrap option. No longer requires compat-ldc.
- Build with LLVM 14.
- Make use system zlib optional.
- Conflicts, Obsoletes and Provides druntime, git, phobos and devel
  sub-packages.
- Obsolete compat packages.
- Sync spec file with Fedora.
- Trim spec file.
